lilcake Turns Three

This lil cutie turns 3 tomorrow!

I just can’t believe its been three years since this lil girl has been here!

Around this time 3 years ago I was not so patiently awaiting for Addy to come all on her own, hoping for a labor where I wasn’t forced into labor! The kids were already at the in laws. Thankfully. I think all the pacing, and walking the stairs , plus jumping on my bed lol is what finally did it in the end. I got called to the hospital around 11:30pm to start my induction to be told that I was all ready in labor. Already 3 and a half cm dilated. This is the first labor that I went into naturally, so I was beyond excited to be told this. Even my water ruptured on its own this time. Labor was not so bad this time around either. She must have been making up for all the trouble she gave me while I was pregnant with her. She was born at 10:04am the very next day!

Being this lil girls mother is the most amazing thing in the world. She is smart, sassy, beautiful, and so so much more. Every day with her is a an amazing day, sure there are days where its tiring but there all worth it!

Update and More

Not a hole lot since my last post, Summer vakay has begun. lilduder started Skills camp and is loving it! He graduates on the 30th. Love that they do something like that for the kids. He is sad that it is coming to an end tho but we have some fun things planned for us. KayBay has been hanging out with her friends more lately. She went for her first "Friend" sleep over last night and Im sure she is having a blast. Glad to see that she is coming out of her shell and making more friends. lilcakes is well lilcakes, she is your typical almost 3 year old! She is very excited about her up coming part on the weekend. She is in love with anything Olaf so that was fun finding decore that just had olaf on it lol! She is enjoying having her Aunty here for the summer. But I dont think that kids understant quiet yet that Aunty is not going home this time. She is here to stay for at least a few years while she she attend collage.
Basically in a nut shell the kids are doing great.

Alan and myslef are going thro a bit of a rough patch right know, but Im hoping this can be sorted out.

So lilduder had his yearly check up today, he is weighing a whopping 80lbs and 4ft 4in tall .... going to be tall just like daddy. He is healthy, a smidge concern about weight so kepping an eye on that, but nothing to be worried about just yet. His eye are doing much better with his glasses, but being sent to a specialist to get a more accuarte reading done. We are heading back to Dr. Muhamand to talk more about ADHD and ODD, and a possible mild drug for school hours only. Just something to help him concentrate and be able to learn better. 

Other then that stuff we are all doing great!

Happy Easter!

This Easter was a small and simple one in the Dor-chuck house. We did dinner with my parents on Saturday. Then Easter Bunny arrived last night. They didnt get to much this year as we plan to get them bikes in a few months anyways. We also believe that they don;t need a hole bunch. I am thanksfull that my kids are not the type to complain about how much they receive, they are much more happier with the small things, that make them happy.

On our way to my parents place for dinner we took a walk along the path instead of taking a second bus. The kids had a blast and Addy and Daddy had some fun with some sticks!

The kids walked ahead and did some exploring on there own!

Big Achievment for Alix

Last week Mr. Alix received a terrific kid award at school. 

Now anyone that knows my son, knows that this was a huge achievement for him, for so many reasons. Alix is a very hyper active child, he is hard to handle at times. 

But he has come a long way since he started school and I am so proud of him!

Can you believe that this little girl recently turned 8 years old?!?

Because I can't!

She has no idea the impact that she has on this world and the people that love her. 

She is intelligent, spunky, stubborn, patient, loving sister and so very beautiful!

I can see her achieving greatness as she grows into a young woman. She will change the world some day, even if its just in a small way!

It does not happen often, but we managed to get all the kids from the younger generation together in one photo. How cool is this!! 

Life in a nut shell!

Well it would seem that I am lacking in the blogging updates yet again... who is really that surprised tho. So I think I am going to decrease my goal from once a day to once a week, maybe a Sunday post. Just to make updates, and so on..... Like anyone reads this anyways lol!!

January, Started a new chapter in life. I started Administrative and Clerical Training at Pathways. I currently have 4 weeks left of class then a two week co-op. Still looking for that co-op but im working on it.

Kay has recently been ill. She ended up with an infection  in a lymth node in her check, we spent a day and a half in the hospital over then. She was on meds for a few weeks, and missed a week of class. But she is done her meds know and is doing much better so that is good. We received her report card, she is doing good, could be better but since she missed a bit of school.

Alix is well Alix lmfao, love him to death but he is a handful most of the time, thats for sure.Grad wise he is doing great for him. Mostly B's But behavior wise not so much he has been reduced to half days for a short time. While we await assessment for ADHD, ODD and so on.

Addy is working on potty training right know, while being a sassy typical 2 year old lol. She is adjusting to being home with daddy all day and not be around mommy most the time. She still atacks me when i get home and demands that she has some "boba" vuz she misses me lol.

It is know mid March and I have completed the class portion on my Administrative and Clerical Training through Pathways. I am starting my co-op on Monday at Executive Realty on york, and I am very excited for the possible job opportunity that I may gain from it.

This is basically my life in a nut shell right now!

My First Born!

Can you believe that 8 short years ago our first born made her appearance after 22 long hours of labor.

We celebrated with her on her birthday with a yummy dinner and a cake!

This weekend coming we are throwing her a frozen party to celebrate with her and the rest of the family. A wooping 21 people will be in this tiny house lol. But we will make it work!
